If in the LABELS configuration section, you have selected the GODEX brand, you have marked the size of the labels you are using correctly and the labels do not print, print partially or exceed a label, try calibrating the printer in a few simple steps.

1. Put the labels in the printer.
2. Turn on the printer.
3. Press and hold the small button on the back of the printer for about 5 seconds until it recognizes the size of the label.
